What Is A Reship Guarantee?

We work hard to track packages and identify potential issues whenever possible. Unfortunately, we cannot control the following two stages:

In the following situations, we will resend your package containing the same brand and products once free of charge:

- If your package has been seized by customs, you have an official seizure letter, or we can verify this using the tracking information.

- If your order is not delivered within the maximum delivery time specified, and it takes more than 45 days for standard shipping or 25 days for express shipping after the tracking number is provided, we will resend your order once free of charge. 

** Since the average delivery time for Pharmaqo orders from EU countries is 45 days, you must wait 60 days for a reshipment.

However, if you receive both packages and both arrive safely, we kindly ask you to confirm that you will pay 50% of the cost of the extra package. So far, all our customers have accepted this as a fair offer.

Please be advised that we cannot resend orders that cannot be delivered due to address-related issues. If the address you provided is insufficient, if delivery is impossible due to missing information, if the package is lost or returned to sender upon delivery to the provided address, if it is refused by the recipient, or if it is lost because no one is available to receive it when the postal service attempts delivery, we will not resend it.

Therefore, please ensure that your mailing address is valid; otherwise, we will not be responsible for undeliverable packages.
