The tracking numbers are usually given within 3-7 workdays after the payment collection but this varies by the relevant warehouse. For some warehouse like Pharmaqo, TNs are usually given after 2 weeks following the payment collection. Please give it at least 2 weeks before contacting us over your Pharmaqo TNs. We will not be able to give you a different information until then. Your package would be already shipped out and be in transit towards USA even though the TN is not active in trackers.
