Hello! I’m a bit new to all this and im on my second cycle this year. I would like some help with pct advice. I ran a couple conservative cycles in my teens and never used pct and never had any issues with losing gains. I’m in my 30’s now trying to get back into it. After my first cycle this year I tested my luck with no pct. Lost everything! I’m 4 weeks into my current cycle, and was wondering what I could do to not lose the gains once I come off. I’m runnin Test E 500mg per week, Mast E 200mg per week and 50mg a day of anavar. PLEASE HELP!

It depends on the half life of your largest ester compound. Take that half life and multiply it by 5.5. That’s the time after which you start PCT with Nolva and Clomid.And as about HCG you should start to administer it soon after you come off. You’d be better off using it in 1500IUs EOD for 2-3 weeks Note: You will need to use an AI just for the while you’re using HCG20mg of Nolva ED and/or 50mg Clomid EOD for 6 weeks (possibly longer depending on the blood work).Get an Endo profile done after 6 weeks of it all and then compare to your baseline (assuming you did all the tests)
Thats a lot of test for a newbie. But you know your body. Start HCG 10 -14 DAYS AFTER your last test injection. Your using long acting eaters so your test levels will be HIGHLY elevated much longer than this time. DONT START PCT UNTIL A MINIMUM OF 19 DATS POST LAST INJECTION. Ive always run an injection of 2500mcg on day 10 12 or 14 to front load it. Then use 1000mcg EOD for 14 days. You will need an AI during this time. Ive had great results with Arimadex. The day after your last HCG I jection front load nolvadex at 50mg for 2 days and clomid 100mg for 3 days then reduce nolva to 20mg for 4-6 weeks and clomid to 50mg for the same time. Wait 5 days then do lab work. ALL YOU SHOULD NEED FROM EXPERIENCE.
