Looking for the great, good, bad and ugly of taking DHB. Im currently running DHB on second week tho but loving it. Diluting Pharmaqo DHB 100mg/ml with usp/nl grape seed oil at a 1 to 1 ratio. ZERO PIP but its RB he never steers me wrong. Thanks gang
